Individual Residential Building

During the concept development process, great attention was paid to the sides of the horizon. From the very beginning, we wanted the main part of the house, including the sleeping and living spaces, to be located in the southern and eastern parts, which is why we took the shape of the Latin letter “L”. A characteristic element of the layout is the atriums, which are concentrated in the interior of the building. We used concrete and red brick slabs for the facade cladding. Ultimately, the architecture of the building is simple and minimalist.
